What about wearing gloves, scarfs, and hats while it RAINS? sometimes it's so cold when it rains in Chile.
In Mexico there were many days in the winter that it was cold and we didn't have heat there, so I would wait until it was like 12 or something to shower, because the bathroom was warmer in the middle of the day!! I also showered on my tippy toes until the cold metal tub warmed up from the water.
